I'm also trying to unlock the rest of the stages. I've looked around on the internet for some info but can't find any..shockingly.

I found one on Kongo Jungle N64. But the only thing is says I need to hit 1300+ on Home Run Contest..I've gotten 1209..but can't get passed that.

They say the easiest way is to use Yoshi's flutter. But I suck at short hopping..

Mewtwo requires a certain amount of play time in versus. Start a one stock match with an idle controller vs the character you want to fight Mewtwo with. Leave it on, NOT PAUSED, all night. Then take the stock the next morning. Fight Mewtwo, then bingo bango bongo, he's unlocked.

To get G&W, beat classic or adventure mode with every other character. Unlocking G&W gives you All-Star Mode, beat All-Star Mode with anyone except for G&W(He unlocks Flat Zone).

And lastly, Final fucking Destination. This one's a real pain. Beat all 50 challenges to unlock Event 51. Then open up a can of whoop ass on Ganondorf, Mewtwo, and Giga Bowser at the same time. Actually, it's really easy with Jigglypuff's rest.

Addon to the all night versus- TURN OFF ITEMS, they'll kill you an hour or so in and you'll be sad.

ninja edit: Mewtwo requires 20 hours time for versus play.

Final Destination was a pain in the ass. It still took me around twenty tries with Jiggs. Fucking Ganondorf and his grabbing moves, messing me up with Rest's endlag.

It's fairly easy to kill Giga Bowser, actually, because he's so big and thus is easy to hit and flies over the blast line quickly. Two Rests will finish him off, varying by one on luck and spacing. I'm sure there's any easier way than two Rests, but I'd usually space them to kill Mewtwo and/or Ganondorf as well and so it wasn't too bad. I couldn't use anything but Rest efficiently enough to rack up sufficient damage.

I find it's easier to beat target test with every character, as opposed to classic/adventure for unlocking G&W. It at least takes much less time.

I beat Event 51 pretty easily with Marth as well. Just charge fsmashes and wait for them to walk right in. Could throw in a few fairs as well. Or just a charged B.

Here's help with the home run contest:

Pick Ganondorf. Pick up the bat first. Up smash, then down air. Then keep using down air until you have to use the bat.

For all the stages, you have to have all the characters first. You need to beat all of the events to unlock FD, and some of them unlock after you get G&W, so get on that first.

For Mewtwo: Plug in as many controllers as you have, start a Vs. match with all 4 human players (or 2, whatever) with no time limit and leave your Gamecube on overnight. After the match you'll get a Mewtwo challenge.

After that, just beat the target test with all the characters and you'll get the G&W challenge.

As for the HRC, my only advice is just get better at short hopping lol. It's really not difficult to master. I'd say you need about 110-130% plus a tipper smash with the bat for 1300 feet w/ Yoshi.

Kongo Jungle 64 is actually unlocked by completing the 15-min multi man melee. Just spam DK‘s down B.

Yoshi‘s Island 64 is unlocked by having 1400 yrds in Home-Run Contest IIRC

Dreamland 64 is unlocked by completing event 37

Final Destination is unlocked after beating event 51

Battlefield is unlocked after beating the All-Star Mode

Mewtwo is unlocked after playing a compiled vs time of 20 hours. Just plug four controllers in and play a five hours game, or play 700 matches.

G&W is unlocked after beating Classic Mode, Adventure Mode or Target Test with every other character. Or you can play 1000 matches.
